After many months our rehab of this beautiful 1900’s bungalow has come to a close. Towards the end of this project we had buyers who had the opportunity to customize some of the elements that made this project a perfect pairing of modern and history. We saved many of the built in cabinets custom to the original home and preserved as much of the intricate details as possible. Adding a dormer to the upstairs provided two additional bathrooms an extra bedroom and a new laundry space on the second floor.
