A beautiful collaboration between client and builder at 59 Underwood in Falmouth. This amazing pair contacted us to take on yet another tear down and rebuild on Falmouth Foreside. The ranch we tore down was constructed in 1950, however many of the homes on the road were built as early as 1920. Although many of those homes remain, this neighborhood has progressively been built up and restored over several years.
